The upstairs level has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and provides ambience via its open concept layout overlooking the main level. The ground floor has a 5th bedroom with a full bathroom and separate exterior entrance (but currently undergoing some updates). This is more than a home; this is a lifestyle.

• Bedroom 5: 1 Queen Bed with Private Bathroom & Living Area (ground floor)

Please Note: The 5th Bedroom (ground floor) is currently undergoing some updates and the house is only being rented as a 4 Bedroom / 3.5 Bath that sleeps 12 until further notice.
