Welcome to Seaclusion! A private and beautiful 5-bedroom 5 bathroom raised beach house has so much to offer, including a thoughtful floor plan, numerous transom windows delivering abundant natural light, common area hardwood floors and custom finishing touches and upgrades throughout. Gourmet eat-in kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless steel appliances, double oven, gas range and pantry. Formal dining room as well as office on the main floor. Four en suite bedrooms on the top floor. The ground level provides covered parking and the 5th bedroom. Additional features include elevator to every floor, laundry room with utility sink, screened porch with adjacent sundeck and private backyard with woodland backdrop.
Walk, bike or take the golf cart to the beach. Close proximity to Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, golf courses, local shops and restaurants. Historic Charleston is 80 miles south. Myrtle Beach is 20 miles north.
