This is a 4-bedroom, oceanfront and creekfront home near the south tip of the island. The house sits by the ocean and the privately owned creek yard is across the road. A spacious full-width screened porch with rockers and an open sundeck overlook the Atlantic Ocean and private beach. An ample screened porch with rockers overlooks the Pawleys South Creek and uninhabited land to the west. The private dock in the salt creek is great for fishing, crabbing, boating, cocktails, sunsets and stargazing. The dock is stationary, with roof and open area, with seating, lights, running water, and lower platform.

The house has a separate kitchen, allowing an unobstructed view of two waterfronts from the living room, which has glass doors, and a cathedral ceiling. There is a piano, a library of soft and hard books, an audiophile quality vintage stereo for radio, CD or blue-tooth devices, and 52″ flat screen cable TV. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted. There are two full tile bathrooms.

The four bedrooms have 32″ flat-screen Roku smart streaming TVs, and the kitchen has a 19″ flat screen TV.

There are two outside showers, one at the ocean deck and one on the dock. The carport area underneath is paved and provides a shaded patio with a pic-nic table. There is a washer and dryer, and wireless high speed, long-throw internet access. This house has small quarters at ground level which may be occupied by owners or their guests. The guest agrees to separate owner terms which will be provided at booking.

The ocean-north bedroom has a double bed, ocean-south has 2 doubles, creek-south has a double & twin, and northwest has one double. No Smoking. No Pets. 10 maximum.
